I created SP Films back in 2008 out of a love for video and action sports, which has morphed into a passion for storytelling. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me in the mountains or working with the non-profit I started in 2024 – After Party! In my 20 years of experience, my work has been featured on a number of different TV networks (The Discovery Channel, The History Channel, Good Morning America, Outside Television to name a few), and has taken me all around the country for projects and events.
Telling strong stories motivates me creatively. I absolutely love time in nature, whether it be hiking, paddling, snowshoeing, or snowboarding. Proof: I have hiked the entire length of the Appalachian Trail, Continental Divide Trail, and the Pacific Crest Trail. Of course with a camera in tow.
My video work has won both Best Documentary and Best Picture at the Lucent Film Fest. My photography has been featured by the Appalachian Trail Conservancy and the Pacific Crest Trail Association.
